Dawn did a good job however the mortgage company associated with the real estate outfit was unprofessional. Asking them basic but important questions was too much for them forcing us to switch companies. Also the Home Inspector she recommended for our wind mitigation did not take the required photos for report causing us to finish reports. He charged roughly $50 over what most inspectors charge but he did it wrong
